We must have a ‘digital trail’ so people looking online know who we are and what we stand for. If we’re not fully participating in digital and social spaces we’ll become invisible to our market and industry. We need more than a website. We need authority voice and to relate and participate in the online channels.
Some businesses are content chasing. How much stocking filler can you jam onto a blog? How many YouTube clips can you record? But the very word content seems to miss an important point.
